The POKER project at INFN-Genoa is looking for an Electronic Engineer

The National Institute of Nuclear Physics, Genoa section, has just started the project "POKER" for the search of dark matter with an experiment carried out at CERN.

POKER is currently looking for a young researcher to be included in the project, for the design and commissioning of the data acquisition system obtained from the experimental apparatus. In particular, the figure sought is a young electronic engineer with skills in design of digital electronic circuits and FPGA programming, who is interested in participating in a leading research project in the field of experimental physics, working in the international context of CERN.

The duration of the contract is two years, possibly renewable, with a standard salary for a junior researcher.
