The Department of Law of the University of Genoa offers a research grant, starting from 1 October 2021 and lasting 5 months, possibly renewable, to conduct legal research under the supervision of Prof. Eugenia Macchiavello on the subject of "Discipline applicable to donation-based crowdfunding in Italy and Europe".


Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is preferred) in law or economics or political science (or other with a substantial legal curriculum) and excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

Preferred qualifications: knowledge of at least one other European foreign language (preferably German, but also French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), passion for legal research, excellent knowledge of private and comparative law and willingness to work in a stimulating team.

The research is part of the multidisciplinary project "ReDoCrowd - Rules of accountability and transparency for donation-crowdfunding within COVID-19: an economic, sociological and legal analysis", funded by MIUR FISR-Covid19, led by Eugenia Macchiavello, UniGe professor of Commercial Law, together with Giuliana Borello (PI of the project, University of Verona) and Ivana Pais (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan).
