WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Lessons
Classes will be held in presence, in mixed mode. Students will be able to book their place in the classroom through the MyUnige app (for detailed explanations, see the "Booking a place in the classroom" guide attached to the notice), until the number of places available is exhausted. In sync, for those who cannot attend in person or who cannot book a place in the classroom, it will be possible to follow the lessons from home through the Teams platform (each course has a particular code, which will be indicated in the course sheet: see the list of courses at https://unige.it/off.f/ins/index/2021 ).
In order to follow the lessons from home through the Teams platform you must first register with Office 365-Unige. Everything is explained in the first useful link.
To access the classrooms and attend the lessons you need to have a Green Pass.
As soon as classes start you can already start attending, even if you are only pre-registered (check the starting days and times of the first semester courses on the Easyacademy portal available at the second useful link).
Study plan and student tutors
Very important thing: you have the month of October to fill in the study plan! However, as already mentioned, you can start attending classes in September, even if you have not filled in the plan yet. The study plan can be filled in online, by accessing the link https://servizionline.unige.it/studenti/inserimentopianidistudio. If you need help to fill in the study plan, and in general if you have doubts, curiosity and need help in relation to your first contacts with the university world, contact the reception tutors (you can find their contacts in the third useful link). You can reach them in different ways: by e-mail, at the reception in presence (room O, via Balbi 4), telematically (on Teams, code ub0u9tn).
For practical information
The degree courses have activated anAulaWeb page"Notices and useful documents" where all students of the CdS are registered. Check that you have been added, otherwise enrol yourself by clicking on "Spontaneous enrolment (Student)". The coordinators periodically publish important notices on this page: always check your Unige mailbox to stay updated!
