After two years of virtual meetings, the 2022 edition of the Italian Controlled Release Society workshop was held in attendance at the Palazzo della Borsa in Genoa.
The event, jointly organized by the University of Genoa and IIT-Italian Institute of Technology, involved more than 20 speakers from all over Europe and more than 120 participants. It was a unique opportunity to bring together bioengineers, biotechnologists, pharmaceutical technologists, and physicians to discuss advanced nanobiotechnologies for the treatment of cancer, metabolic, and neurological diseases.
