Thanks to the technical support of Benetti yachts, the final works of the international seminar and design workshop of "Naval and Nautical Design," the inter-university master's degree program between the University of Genoa and the Milan Polytechnic, were presented at the University Campus in La Spezia.
In an intense week of study, the 2023exchange experience took place, ideally linking back to the forcibly suspended 2020 program.
Under the competent leadership of Paolo Nazzaro and Darci Pappano, students from the master's degree program in "Naval and Nautical Design," together with their American colleagues from Florida International University, presented 6 innovative outfitting projects for a 40-meter OASIS-class yacht in a single week.
The internationalization and cultural exchange activities were successfully concluded thanks to Andrea Mazzolari and Giulia Galanti, guest critics from Yachtique (Azimut Benetti Group), Andrea Ratti, coordinator of the study course, Massimiliano Cavallin, PhD candidate and invaluable support in the conduct of the experience, and Massimo Musio-Sale, creator of the program born in 2008.
