Enrollment are now open for the "Training for experts in nautical and naval research and development" programme.


The programme has three (alternative) objectives and is aimed at training experts in the areas:


  • structural lightening and new materials
  • development of design techniques for efficiency improvement
  • development of new propulsion, emission control and noise and vibration management systems


The course includes training activities carried out by university professors, researchers and/or experts in the sector (480+180 hours) and training internships with organisations and/or companies in the sector (540 hours) for a total of 1200 hours in 13 months, starting in December 2020. The training activity will be held at a distance, given the COVID-19 emergency.


The selection to participate will be based on qualifications and interviews aimed at the allocation of 30 places.

The first 21 candidates in the ranking will be awarded a scholarship in the amount of € 16,200 gross of taxes and/or deductions due by law and charges borne by the CNR, the next 9 selected candidates will be admitted as auditors.
