During the week of 5th to 9th February 2024, several students from the EMMP programme attended the “Maritime Trade and Logistics - Theory and Applications” course at the Escola Europea Intermodal Transport in Barcelona. The course aimed to provide international experience in intermodal transport and logistics, illustrate port and terminal operations at the Port of Barcelona, facilitate meetings with industry stakeholders, and promote critical thinking in the analysis of logistics operation costs.
This initiative is part of the array of experiences and opportunities offered to EMMP students each year, significantly enhancing their education and professional growth.
