Pre-enrolment is now open for the 19th edition of the ICoN Level I Master’s degree in Specialist Translation from English into Italian, delivered jointly by the Universities of Genoa and Pisa.
The Master’s programme, which will begin in January 2027, lasts one year, is delivered entirely online and is aimed at recent graduates and translation professionals who wish to acquire advanced skills in specialist translation from English into Italian.
The programme combines theoretical and practical activities, the use of CAT tools, machine translation and post-editing, under the guidance of university lecturers and industry experts. Participants can also tailor their course by choosing two areas of specialisation from the following: environment and energy, biomedicine and pharmaceutical sciences, law, economics, IT, localisation and technology.
The Master’s programme is sponsored by AITI and ANITI.
There are 4 scholarships available, as well as a 10% discount on the enrolment fee for members of the two associations.
