From 16 September to 31 October the compilation of the study plan for the 2024/2025 academic year is open on the Online Services portal.

If, in addition to entering the courses for the academic year 2024/2025, you wish to request a change in the study plan for previous years (e.g. replacement of a course of your choice), fill in an individual study plan, indicating in the Student Notes the course or activity you are requesting to deactivate.

If, on the other hand, your study plan is already complete (you have already entered the Final Examination) and you wish to request a change, write to commissionepianidad@unige.it from 16 September to 31 October.

Remember:

1. Indicate in the email the change you are requesting

2. Enclose a copy of an identity document

3. Indicate your name, surname and registration number

Note well:

1.Students enrolled full-time in the 1st year may not complete the standard study plan as it will be automatically uploaded.

2. If you have an Additional Formative Obligation (OFA) in Mathematics, only the following priority subjects will be loaded into the study plan: Mathematics 1, code 56394, Design Laboratory 1, code 95253 and Representation Laboratory 1, code 81027. In order to clear the OFA you will have to pass the TE.S.E.O. test (Test of Satisfaction of Possible OFAs) at the end of the PER.S.E.O. self-training course (PERcorso di Supporto per Eventuali OFAs) or you will have to pass the Mathematics 1 exam. Once the Mathematics OFA has been cleared, the remaining 1st year courses will be loaded.

3. Complete a individual study plan ONLY if you wish to enrol part-time, if you have a resolution to recognise your previous career or if you wish to propose a change to your study plan.

The study plan is not available.

4. The standard study plan is approved automatically and is poured after a maximum of 1 week after completion, the individual study plan must be downloaded, evaluated and approved, so the pouring time is a minimum of 4 weeks from when it is downloaded.
