Book exhibition with multimedia audio guide
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day, the Library of Education Sciences of the University of Genoa proposes a book exhibition with a selection of essays, monographs and journals documenting the fundamental contribution of Genoa and Liguria to the liberation struggle.
The exhibition retraces the main events of the Resistance in Liguria, giving voice to the plurality of the protagonists who faced them and to the scholars who documented their events.

A special tribute is reserved for Alfredo Carmine Romanzi, former Rector of the university and a leading figure in the Ligurian Resistance.
Special attention is devoted to the reflection of the Resistance in the arts, the birth of the idea of Europe and new teaching and museum methodologies designed for the younger generations.
"Free Liguria" is also a sustainable exhibition, set up with environmentally friendly materials, in line with the university's environmental policies and the promotion of good practices also in the cultural sector.
The exhibition experience is enhanced by a multimedia audio guide, accessible from smartphones and computers, with in-depth content and interactive quizzes.
