Advanced training course 'The container supply chain' ed. 2025-26

Academic year 2025/26 enrolment is now open for the advanced course "The container supply chain", activated by the Department of Economics in cooperation with C.I.S.Co. - Centro Italiano Studi Container.

Objectives and contents

The course is designed to respond to the growing demand for professionals in the logistics and maritime transport sector, a strategic sector for the national and Ligurian economy.

The course aims to provide essential specialisation that is immediately spendable in the labour market, focusing on:

• port terminal and container management
• intermodal logistics (combination of different modes of transport: sea, rail, road)
• customs regulations and international contracts
• legal, economic and safety & security aspects of transport
.

Participants in this course will acquire specialised know-how that represents a decisive competitive advantage for placement and career advancement.

Adressees

• Professionals and operators in the sector: to update and deepen their skills, also by enrolling in individual parts of the course
• Graduates, Bachelor's and Master's graduates in all disciplines interested in working in the sector
