Dear Students,
Thursday September 28 will begin the READING OF LATIN (code 111451 - 3 CFUs), taught by Prof. Andrea Barabino and Prof. Nicoletta Marini and present in the 1st year study plan of the modern curriculum among the compulsory teachings.
.
The Lectureship is propaedeutic for the teaching of LATIN LITERATURE 64886, which is scheduled in the 2nd year. This means that you will only be able to take the Latin Literature (9 CFUs) exam after passing the written test at the end of the Lectureship.
Lectures will be held in presence, with mandatory attendance (maximum tolerance of 15 hours of absence from the total number of hours, to be made up in any case through registrations). If you are working students and cannot permanently attend you will need to make appropriate request via email (barabino_marini@tin.it) to access the streamed or recorded lectures: although at a distance, such attendance must prove itself through the regular performance of exercises, specially assigned, to be handed in within a week, according to operational modalities of which practical guidance will be given later.
.
If you are enrolled in years subsequent to the first, or in other Degree Courses, you will be able to access classes in presence by nominal request via email sent at the beginning of the courses, which will be granted depending on whether the capacity of the classrooms allows it. Otherwise, you will be able to access the lectures via streaming or recording, with the same active attendance rules set out above for working students.
Also during the in-person lectures, tutorials will be conducted constantly for immediate review of the content from time to time covered in class. Other exercises will be assigned as individual work, which can be corrected with the help of the tutors dedicated to this, according to operational methods that will be indicated at the beginning of the course.
You are invited to subscribe to the Lectureship Aulaweb, to receive lecturers' communications and access teaching materials, and to read carefully what is stated in the teaching sheet.
