Students are advised that the Laboratory of Information Systems for the Management of Cultural Heritage, activated as part of the three-year degree course in Conservation of Cultural Heritage, is also open to a maximum of 5 students enrolled in the History of Art (for information see the notice published at the useful link).


The laboratory aims to provide basic knowledge for a group of applications (software) that can be used in the field of cultural heritage. In particular, during the workshop the paradigmatic elements characterizing the type of software in question will be analyzed and, in order to set up and develop a project work, the procedures for the use of the software adopted by the laboratory will be illustrated.


The workshop will start on Thursday, October 7th at 4 p.m. and the teaching will take place in presence in room L of the educational pole in Via delle Fontane.


It is foreseen the recognition of 1 CFU within the other activities.


Students interested in attending are invited to write an email to the teacher (Massimo.Albanese@unige.it), containing name, surname and matriculation, by October 6. The first five will be admitted to the course.
