The Fifth Annual Conference of the Department of Law is dedicated to the theme "Works of art under the gaze of the jurist (sculpture, painting, photography, cinematography)". The proceedings will be published by GUP - Genova University Press, the publishing house of the University of Genoa, in the series "Global Constitutionalism".
