As part of Prin 2020 "The Constitutional Law of Health and Health Care Organization after the Pandemic Emergency," the Prin Unit in Genoa is organizing a seminar to analyze, from the perspective of comparative public law, with a look at economic profiles, how some European states are intervening in their respective health care systems in connection with the Recovery Plan and EU Regulation 2021/241.
