Some aspects of the statistician's activity will be presented through speeches by experts from different fields.
The topics will be: Statistics for engineering: some experiences (Roberto Fontana, Politecnico di Torino) and Statistics and statisticians at the time of COVID-19 (Gianfranco Lovison, University of Palermo).
Students will be able to come into contact with the job of statistician also through the interventions of graduates in Statistics (SMID) who will present their study and work experience; Irene Buselli and Francesca Marazza will participate.
