From Genoa to the world. Christopher Columbus and the Sea

The University of Genoa is hosting a meeting dedicated to the figure of Cristoforo Colombo, at the centre of a still open historiographical debate. The initiative proposes an in-depth examination of the explorer's role and legacy, through the contribution of scholars who will analyse the figure between historical reconstruction and contemporary interpretations.
