On Saturday 28 February 2026, the University of Genoa hosted a meeting dedicated to the discipline of hygiene and public health, which brought together more than 120 lecturers and researchers from 31 Italian universities.
The initiative represented a moment of confrontation between different academic schools, united by shared scientific and educational roots.
