Maurizio Cutolo, Professor Emeritus at the University of Genoa, he has been appointed by the Board of EULAR (European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology) as a member of the new EULAR-EWRR Sub-Committee, a body established to strengthen the activities of the European Workshop for Rheumatology Research (EWRR), one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to basic and translational research in rheumatology.
The appointment was announced at the EWRR 2026, which brought together internationally renowned researchers to promote scientific exchange in the field of rheumatology.
The term of office of Maurizio Cutolo on the new Sub-Committee is for a four-year term, from April 2026 to March 2030.
