Dear Undergraduates
we would like to inform you that the March thesis discussions will take place in presence, both for the three-year and the master's degrees.
The calendar will be published on February 28 on the School website (see below the first useful link).
Students who find themselves in the conditions listed below can apply to discuss their thesis at a distance:
1. students residing outside the regional territory;
2. students who are precluded from accessing university facilities on the basis of the following conditions
- fever over 37.5° or other symptoms of acute influenza-like respiratory infection or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19;
- being currently under quarantine or fiduciary home isolation with health surveillance pursuant to applicable law;
- have had, to the best of their knowledge, close contact with confirmed or suspected cases in the previous 14 days;
3. students exempt from the vaccination campaign on the basis of appropriate medical certification issued according to criteria defined by the Ministry of Health.
The motivated request must be sent to tesiarealettere@unige.it by February 27, 2022.
Students who will discuss the thesis at a distance must send to tesiarealettere@unige.it the affidavit form, with their own and the witness's identity document, starting from March 1st and within March 4th. The form can be downloaded from the School website on the page below.
Students who will discuss the thesis in presence can bring with them a maximum of four companions.
We remind you that the Green pass is mandatory and sufficient to access the university facilities. It is not necessary to have an enhanced Green Pass. The obligation to possess the green certification COVID-19 does not apply to persons exempted from the vaccination campaign on the basis of appropriate medical certification issued according to the criteria defined by circular of the Ministry of Health.
