The Live Subtitling and Respeaking course is based on the open access content of the MOOC "ILSA" (Interlingual Live Subtitling for Accessibility) platform, fully accessible from next September/October 2020.
You can already download all the material that includes:
- video lessons with transcript
- interactive lessons
- theoretical readings with quiz
- practical exercises
After a general introductory meeting on Teams to present the project and the course (about 2 hours), you will be able to autonomously complete the first modules in the first phase of the summer period.
In September/October, we will proceed with a second guided phase with lessons in which we will discuss the material studied and the knowledge learned, and then move on to practical exercises with the software for voice recognition and subtitling.
